Medium Camp Hawk

Like the boys hawk, this medium camp also has a 3.5 inch wide blade. The blade length is about 5.5 inch.

It uses our large, 19 inch tomahawk handle but the length is shortened to about 17 inches. If you want us to leave it long just let us know and we can do that.

DETAILS: 

  • The head weighs about 1 lb.
  • The overall weight with the 17 inch handle is about 1.5 lbs.
  • Our medium fancy camp sheath will fit this axe.

    I'm not going to go into detail as other reviews have done so quite well. The only issue I have with this is the wait time. Great tool, I absolutely love it.

    Excellent product handmade, well balanced and throws nicely. Also does a quick and merciful job when it comes time to thin out the hen house. Will be very handy for a multitude of tasks as a camp axe should. Worth the wait this isn't mass produced garbage.

    Looks fabulous! Very impressed with the feel and balance. Edge is also very sharp. Can't wait to try it out. Have already ordered the camp knife to go with it.

    Absolutely out did expectations! Feels every bit as good as it looks. I just ordered the camp knife due to the skill shown making my hawk. Thank you for keeping an almost gone skill alive.

    Like the forged finish, Pole is a usable practical size and shape. Perfect size for camp and longer handle make it a real cutter.

    Light, quick, packable. A good fire making tool and much more. The H&B handles taper a touch too much. I made my own. Highly recommended hawk. The medium size is something you could carry for days without hardly noticing.

    This is the best tomahawk I have ever seen in my life.
